(NASDAQ:VLDR) (\u201cVelodyne Lidar\u201d or the \u201cCompany”), today commented on the preliminary results of the Company\u2019s 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the \u201cAnnual Meeting\u201d). Based on preliminary voting results provided by the inspector of elections, Eric Singer \u2013 Mr. Hall\u2019s nominee \u2013 has been elected to Velodyne Lidar\u2019s eight-member Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d).\n<\/p>\n

\nMr. Hall commented:\n<\/p>\n

\n\u201cMarta and I are very pleased that stockholders have elected Eric to the Board at this critical point in time.
