\n SHENZHEN, China<\/span>, June 11, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — TD Holdings, Inc.\u00a0(the “Company” or “TD Holdings”) (Nasdaq:\u00a0GLG),\u00a0a commodities trading service provider in\u00a0China,\u00a0today announced that Mr. Tianshi (Stanley)<\/span>\u00a0Yang has been appointed as the successor to Ms. Wei Sun<\/span> to serve as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and director of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective June 11<\/span>, 2021.\u00a0Ms. Wei Sun<\/span> resigned from her roles in the Company on June 11, 2021<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Mr. Tianshi (Stanley) Yang<\/span> served as the Head of Investor Relations of Aesthetic Medical International Holdings Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: AIH) from March 2020<\/span> to May 2021<\/span> and as the Financial Department Director of Meten EdtechX Education Group (NASDAQ: METX) from January 2019<\/span> to February 2020<\/span>.
