\n IRVINE, Calif.<\/span>, June 2, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0CalAmp (Nasdaq: CAMP), a connected intelligence company that helps people and businesses work smarter, today announced the retirement of two long-standing directors, A.J. “Bert” Moyer and Larry Wolfe<\/span>, both of whom will serve until the new slate of directors has been ratified at its upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders on July 28, 2021<\/span>. \u00a0Moyer has served on CalAmp’s Board for more than 16 years and also served as chairman from July 2013<\/span> to July 2020<\/span>. Wolfe served on the Board for more than 12 years and had previously chaired the Company’s Audit Committee. <\/p>\n
