(Nasdaq: PRSR) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that it received a notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) indicating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of its failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 (the \u201cQ1 2021 Form 10-Q\u201d) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d) on or before May 24, 2021, the extended period provided for the filing under Rule 12b-25(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company\u2019s units, ordinary shares or warrants on Nasdaq.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nasdaq has informed the Company that, under Nasdaq\u2019s listing rules, the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the initial\u00a0Nasdaq\u00a0notification letter, or until July 26, 2021, to file the Q1 2021 Form 10-Q with the SEC to regain compliance with Nasdaq\u2019s continued listing requirements.
