Moreover, on a call with investors, Canoo\u2019s Chairman characterized senior management\u2019s statements concerning the company\u2019s partnerships as \u201caggressive\u201d and that \u201cthey weren\u2019t at our standard of representation to the public markets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response to this news, analyst Roth Capital downgraded the company\u2019s shares from buy to neutral buy and slashed its price target, and the price of Canoo shares crashed.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, on Apr. 22, 2021 Canoo abruptly announced additional C-Suite departures.
