This includes creating an inclusive work environment, whether it&#8217;s within our own company or across all our marketing campaigns,&#8221; says <span class=\"xn-person\">Jackie Tardif<\/span>, President of the Reitmans brand and Executive Sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion of Reitmans (<span class=\"xn-location\">Canada<\/span>) Limited.<\/p>\n<p>The ambassadors chosen for this campaign include South Asian Canadian teacher and fashion designer <b><span class=\"xn-person\">Sandy Kaur Gill<\/span><\/b>, the first Chinese-born principal dancer in the history of the National Ballet of <span class=\"xn-location\">Canada<\/span>, <b><span class=\"xn-person\">Chan Hon Goh<\/span>, <\/b>African-American Canadian\u00a0athlete <b><span class=\"xn-person\">Angela James<\/span><\/b>, Lebanese and Uruguayan\/French Canadian comedian and actress <b><span class=\"xn-person\">Mariana Mazza<\/span><\/b>, Chilean\/French Canadian host, author, producer, entrepreneur and speaker <b><span class=\"xn-person\">Alexandra Diaz<\/span>, <\/b>Indigenous\u00a0author and poet <b>Natasha Kanap\u00e9 Fontaine<\/b>, and Senegalese\/French Canadian rapper <b>Sarahm\u00e9e<\/b>. Each of them participated in the design of a pattern, reproduced on a T-shirt and scarf that reflects their style and cultural background. A tote bag was also created as part of the initiative. These items are available in stores and online starting <span class=\"xn-chron\">May 21, 2021<\/span> for <span class=\"xn-money\">$29.90<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-money\">$19.90<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-money\">$34.90<\/span> respectively. For each product sold, Reitmans will donate <span class=\"xn-money\">$2<\/span> to the 7 causes chosen by the ambassadors, up to a maximum of <span class=\"xn-money\">$10,000<\/span> for each. The seven charities include: The Canadian Women&#8217;s Foundation, Seva Food Bank, the Smilezone Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Waskapitan Fund, La Rue des Femmes, and Centre d&#8217;Encadrement pour Jeunes Femmes Immigrantes (CEJFI).<\/p>\n<p>The campaign launch is supported by a 360\u2070\u00a0marketing strategy across multiple channels, from in-store signage, a digital amplification campaign, as well as multicultural TV, digital and radio ads translated into Punjabi, Cantonese and Mandarin, social media extensions (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to organic content that brings together the #ReitmansReallyYou community. <\/p>\n<p>As part of a <span class=\"xn-location\">Canada<\/span>-wide contest, Reitmans will be giving 10 newcomers a new wardrobe worth <span class=\"xn-money\">$1,000<\/span> which they can wear for job interviews, citizenship ceremonies, holidays or special occasions.
