\n Financial Highlights (reported in $ USD)<\/u>\n <\/p>\n

Patria IFRS results for Q1 2021 and the LTM included net income of $13 million<\/span> and $62 million<\/span> respectively. Patria generated Fee Related Earnings of $17 million<\/span> in Q1 2021, up 14% from $15 million<\/span> in Q1 2020, with an FRE margin of 57%. For the LTM, Patria generated $73 million<\/span> of Fee Related Earnings, up 36% from $54 million<\/span> in the prior LTM period. Distributable Earnings were $17 million<\/span> for Q1 2021, or $0.125<\/span> per share, up 9% compared to Q1 2020. <\/p>\n

\n Dividends<\/u>\n <\/p>\n

Patria has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.106<\/span> per share to record holders of common stock at the close of business on June 2, 2021<\/span>. This dividend will be paid on June 16, 2021<\/span>.<\/p>\n
