\n DALLAS<\/span>, May 17, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0Invesco Real Estate Income Trust Inc. (“INREIT”) today announced the commencement of its public offering of common stock. INREIT invests primarily in stabilized, income-oriented commercial real estate in the United States<\/span>. INREIT commenced operations in September 2020<\/span> and has acquired an initial portfolio comprised of healthcare, cold storage, multifamily, and net-leased research and development assets. INREIT’s target portfolio consists of at least 80% private real estate and up to 20% real estate-related securities, with the intent to diversify globally. INREIT intends to qualify as a real estate investment trust for federal income tax purposes.<\/p>\n

INREIT is offering five classes of shares of its common stock: Class T shares, Class S shares, Class D shares, Class I shares and Class E shares. Shares of INREIT’s common stock are being offered on a continuous basis at a price generally equal to the net asset value per share of each class of common stock, as updated monthly, plus any applicable upfront selling commissions and dealer manager fees. \u00a0INREIT is offering up to $2.4 billion<\/span> in shares of its common stock in its primary offering and up to $600 million<\/span> in shares of its common stock pursuant to its distribution reinvestment plan.<\/p>\n
