CSOL Holding’s 2020 EBITDA from continuing operations amounted to USD 116.8 million and the corresponding EBITDA margin was 34.0%. Sales amounted to USD 343.2 million, up 5.1% compared to 2019, explained primarily by higher yields of mangoes, tangerines and avocados, and a delay in the 2019-20 grape season. As of December 31st<\/sup>, 2020, the Company maintained a cash balance of USD 34.0 million and a net leverage ratio of 3.5x.<\/p>\n

The Company continues executing its strategy to become a year-round supplier of fresh fruit to our global clients complementing its Peruvian window operations with investments in Colombia, Uruguay and lately in Chile, and capitalizing on its commercial and logistic platforms.<\/p>\n
