\n BOSTON<\/span>, April 29, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0Eaton Vance Senior Floating-Rate Trust (NYSE: EFR) (the “Fund”) held a special meeting of shareholders on April 16, 2021<\/span> (the “Special Meeting”). \u00a0At the Special Meeting, Fund shareholders were asked to approve a new investment advisory agreement with Eaton Vance Management, the Fund’s investment adviser.\u00a0 The Special Meeting was adjourned to April 30, 2021<\/span> at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time<\/span> to allow more time for shareholders to vote.\u00a0 The October 29, 2020<\/span> record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the adjourned Special Meeting remains unchanged.\u00a0 Information about the adjourned Special Meeting appears below.<\/p>\n
