Stanton<\/span> was elected to the Corporation&#8217;s Board of Directors for a three-year term ending in 2024. <\/li>\n<li>An amendment to the Corporation&#8217;s Restated Articles of Incorporation creating a new class of capital stock, &#8220;Undesignated Preferred Stock&#8221;, was approved. <\/li>\n<li>The ratification of the selection of Crowe LLP to serve as the independent registered public accounting firm for the Corporation for the current fiscal year ending <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 31, 2021<\/span>. <\/li>\n<li>A non-binding advisory resolution to approve the compensation of the Corporation&#8217;s named executive officers was approved. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Special recognition was paid to <span class=\"xn-person\">Katherine W.
