Mr. Barberio’s appointment is part of Endo’s ongoing Board succession process, which has also included adding two new Board members since the Company’s 2020 Annual General Meeting. In addition, Paul Campanelli<\/span>, who has served as Chairman of the Board since 2019 and who served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2020, will retire from the Board upon the expiration of his current term at the Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting.\u00a0 Finally, Roger Kimmel<\/span>, who has been Senior Independent Director since 2019 and who served as Chairman of the Board from 2014 to 2019, will also retire from the Board upon the expiration of his current term.\u00a0 <\/p>\n
