Net income for the three months ended March\u00a031, 2021 includes <span class=\"xn-money\">$10.9 million<\/span> of gains on sale of real estate. sales price of <span class=\"xn-money\">$20.8 million<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequent to the first\u00a0quarter of 2021, the Company acquired a 5.2 acre redevelopment site and a 2.8 acre industrial
