(Nasdaq: OHPAU) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that, commencing April 22, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company\u2019s initial public offering of 41,400,000 units, completed on March 4, 2021, may elect to separately trade the shares of Class A common stock and warrants included in the units. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) under the symbol \u201cOHPAU,\u201d and the shares of Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cOHPA\u201d and \u201cOHPAW,\u201d respectively. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer &amp; Trust Company, the Company\u2019s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A common stock and warrants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as book-running manager for the offering.
