All three judges agreed that the class action should be re-allocated to another Judge, who was not involved in the trial in the ASIC proceeding, and the class action proceeding has now been allocated to Justice Yates.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nJudgment in the matter of <i>Australian Securities and Investments Commission v GetSwift Limited &amp; others Federal Court of Australia VID 146 of 2019<\/i> (the \u201c<b>ASIC proceeding<\/b>\u201d) remains reserved, and is expected to be issued in due course.
