\n NEW YORK<\/span>, April 20, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0Royce Investment Partners (“Royce”) announced today that Boniface “Buzz” Zaino will lead the portfolio management team of Royce Opportunity Fund, as well as the firm’s other portfolios that are managed with the unique opportunistic value strategy that he developed.\u00a0Although Mr. Zaino transitioned from Portfolio Manager to Senior Advisor on the strategy in October 2018<\/span>, he has\u00a0remained actively engaged in the Strategy’s portfolios in the interim.\u00a0Three Portfolio Managers\u00a0will join the new investment team being led by Mr. Zaino: James P.\u00a0Stoeffel\u00a0and Brendan J. Hartman<\/span>, who also manage Royce Micro-Cap Fund, and James Harvey<\/span>, who spent a decade as an analyst with Mr. Zaino working directly on the Opportunity strategy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This change takes place as Portfolio Managers William Hench<\/span>, Robert Kosowsky<\/span>, and Suzanne Franks<\/span>, as well as Analyst Adam Mielnik<\/span>, resigned from Royce on April 20<\/span>. That\u00a0prior team\u00a0had\u00a0managed the strategy since October 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n
