MIDLAND, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)– \nStockholders approved an advisory resolution on executive compensation, voted to approve the First Amendment to the Dow Inc. 2019 Stock Incentive Plan, approved the 2021 Employee Stock Repurchase Plan, and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as Dow\u2019s independent auditor for 2021. A majority of stockholders voted against the Stockholder Proposal on Shareholder Right to Act by Written Consent.\n<\/p>\n \nThe final voting results on all agenda items will be available in a Form 8-K to be filed by the Company and can be found at investors.dow.com<\/a> after certification by the Company\u2019s inspector of elections.
