MONTREAL, April 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Dominion Water Reserves Corp.<\/strong> (\u201cDWR<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d) (CSE: DWR), is pleased to announce that it has closed the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Source Saint-Sim\u00e9on water rights located in the Province of Qu\u00e9bec, through the acquisition (the \u201cAcquisition\u201d) of all the issued and outstanding shares of Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Alto 2000 Inc. in consideration of the issuance of 3,000,000 common shares (each a \u201cShare\u201d) of the Corporation at a deemed price of $0.105 per Shares.<\/p>\n
