The independent valuations completed in <span class=\"xn-chron\">April 2021<\/span>, includes <span class=\"xn-person\">Nam Tai&#8217;s<\/span> six major properties: <span class=\"xn-person\">Nam Tai Inno Park<\/span>, Nam Tai Technology Center, <span class=\"xn-person\">Nam Tai Inno Valley<\/span>, Nam Tai Longxi, offices in Zhuoyue Baozhong Times Square, and Wuxi Facilities.<\/p>\n<p>The <span class=\"xn-money\">$18<\/span> per share valuation based on independent third-party valuations contrasts with the unsubstantiated <span class=\"xn-money\">$40<\/span> per share valuation claimed by activist investor IsZo Capital LP, who have not provided a valuation methodology to support its estimated price. As a result, shareholders are urged to question whether the striking valuation difference is a tactic employed by IsZo to entice shareholders to support IsZo&#8217;s campaign to take control of the Company.
