(NYSE: TWNI.U) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that, commencing April 9, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company\u2019s initial public offering of units, completed on February 23, 2021, may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (\u201cNYSE\u201d) under the symbol \u201cTWNI.U,\u201d and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on NYSE under the symbols \u201cTWNI\u201d and \u201cTWNI WS,\u201d respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer &amp; Trust Company, the Company\u2019s transfer agent, in order to separate the units into Class A ordinary shares and warrants.<\/p>\n<p>The units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering.
