\nAltice USA (NYSE: ATUS) today announces that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of Morris Broadband, LLC (\u201cMorris Broadband\u201d).\n<\/p>\n

\nMorris Broadband is a rapidly-growing broadband communications services company providing high-speed data, video and voice services to approximately 36,500 residential and business customers in western North Carolina. The deal extends Altice USA\u2019s footprint in North Carolina, making it the sixth largest state for the Company in terms of number of customers.\n<\/p>\n

\nAltice USA CEO Dexter Goei says, \u201cWe are thrilled to welcome the very fast-growing Morris Broadband business and look forward to providing our Optimum-branded broadband, video, voice and news offerings to tens of thousands of additional customers.
