This supports our Connected Communities vision as we work with clients to tie together these disparate processes.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\nReadySub delivers comprehensive absence and substitute management and serves approximately 1,000 school districts across the United States, approximately 20 of which overlap with Tyler\u2019s 2,000 school district clients. The solution helps districts with the labor-intensive and demanding task of filling both planned and unplanned staff absences with the most highly qualified substitute resources. With continuous pressure due to substitute teacher shortages \u2013 exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic \u2013 districts can more easily retain a pool of qualified substitutes and automate the searching and filling of needed substitute spots.
