ATLANTA, April 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aveanna Healthcare Holdings Inc. (\u201cAveanna\u201d) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (\u201cSEC\u201d) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.<\/p>\n

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Aveanna intends to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol \u201cAVAH.\u201d The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed.<\/p>\n

Barclays, J.P. Morgan, BMO Capital Markets and Credit Suisse are acting as joint lead book-running managers, and BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets and Truist Securities are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
