Robinson<\/span> as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective May 31<\/span>, 2021.\u00a0 Mr. Leonard has been with Alamo Group since September, 2011 and is currently serving as the Executive Vice-President of the Company’s Industrial Division. Mr. Robinson will continue as an employee of the Company to assist in the transition until August 1, 2021<\/span>, and thereafter will remain as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Roderick R.
