(NYSE: IACB.U) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that holders of the Company\u2019s units sold in its initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in its units commencing on or about April 5, 2021.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange (the \u201cNYSE\u201d) under the symbols \u201cIACB\u201d and \u201cIACB WS,\u201d respectively.
