(\u201cLatham\u201d or “the Company”), the largest designer, manufacturer and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia and New Zealand, today announced it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (\u201cSEC\u201d) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.<\/p>\n

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Latham has applied to list its common stock on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol \u201cSWIM.\u201d The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether, or when, the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.<\/p>\n
