(TSX: YRI; NYSE: AUY; LSE: AUY) (\u201cYamana\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d) provided notice today that its Annual Shareholder Meeting (\u201cAnnual Meeting\u201d) will be held in a virtual only meeting format due to the continuing public health concerns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

The Company also today announced that it will release its first quarter 2021 operational and financial results after the close on April 28, 2021, followed by a conference call and webcast on April 29, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (\u201cEDT\u201d). \n Details of Annual Meeting<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

The Annual Meeting will take place via live webcast on April 29, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. EDT. In order to ensure the health and safety of all, it will be a virtual meeting only. No one will be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person<\/u>.<\/p>\n

We expect to revert to an in-person annual meeting format in future years after public health conditions have improved.<\/p>\n
