(NYSE: WTI) (\u201cW&T\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that the Company has issued its inaugural Environmental, Social and Governance (\u201cESG\u201d) report which is now available on W&T\u2019s web site, www.wtoffshore.com<\/a>, under the \u201cCorporate Responsibility\u201d tab.<\/p>\n

This report provides detailed information about W&T\u2019s ESG initiatives and related key performance indicators for the three-year period 2018 through 2020. In the creation of this document, the Company consulted the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board\u2019s (\u201cSASB\u201d) Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Sustainability Accounting Standard, the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (\u201cTCFD\u201d), the Sustainable Development Goals (\u201cSDG\u2019s\u201d) promulgated by the United Nations and other reporting guidance from industry frameworks and standards.<\/p>\n
