VIZIO Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering<\/b><\/p>\n

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nVIZIO Holding Corp. (“VIZIO”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. VIZIO is offering 7,560,000 shares of its Class A common stock, and certain selling stockholders are offering 4,690,000 shares of VIZIO\u2019s Class A common stock. In addition, the underwriters of the initial public offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,837,500 shares of Class A common stock from the selling stockholders at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. VIZIO will not receive any proceeds from any sales of shares by the selling stockholders. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 25, 2021 under the symbol “VZIO” and the offering is expected to close on March 29, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.\n<\/p>\n

\nJ.P. Morgan and BofA Securities are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities and Guggenheim Securities are also acting as book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company and Piper Sandler are acting as joint lead managers, and Roth Capital Partners is acting as co-manager for the offering.\n<\/p>\n
