\nNew Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ; \u201cNew Residential\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that its Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) has declared first quarter 2021 common and preferred stock dividends.\n<\/p>\n

Common Stock Dividend
\n
<\/b>The Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock for the first quarter 2021. The first quarter common stock dividend is payable on April 30, 2021 to shareholders of record on April 5, 2021.\n<\/p>\n

Preferred Stock Dividends
\n
<\/b>In accordance with the terms of New Residential\u2019s 7.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (\u201cSeries A\u201d), the Board declared a Series A dividend for the first quarter 2021 of $0.4687500 per share.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn accordance with the terms of New Residential\u2019s 7.125% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (\u201cSeries B\u201d), the Board declared a Series B dividend for the first quarter 2021 of $0.4453125 per share.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn accordance with the terms of New Residential\u2019s 6.375% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (\u201cSeries C\u201d), the Board declared a Series C dividend for the first quarter 2021 of $0.3984375 per share.\n<\/p>\n

\nDividends for the Series A, Series B and Series C are payable on May 17, 2021 to preferred shareholders of record on April 15, 2021.\n<\/p>\n
