\nLordstown, headquartered in Lordstown, Ohio, is an automotive company founded for the purpose of developing and manufacturing light duty electric trucks targeted for sale to fleet customers. Its flagship product, the Endurance, is an electric pickup truck. \nOn March 17, 2021, following the close of the market, Lordstown\u2019s CEO, defendant Stephen Burns, revealed that the Company was under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, a disclosure absent from its fourth quarter and 2020 earnings reports. On this news, the price of Lordstown common stock fell approximately 14%, from its closing price of $15.09 on March 17, 2021, to close at $13.01 on March 18, 2021.
