\n VANCOUVER, BC<\/span>, March 16, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ – Angold Resources Ltd.<\/b> (TSXV: AAU)\u00a0(FRA: 13L1)\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0(“Angold<\/b>” or the “Company”<\/b>) is pleased to announce that it has received further favorable assay results for holes DO-21-02 and DO-21-03 from drilling on the Lajitas historic resource, at the Company’s Dorado project located in the Maricunga belt of Chile<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The most favorable intercepts in this second batch of assay results were 110 m<\/span> at 0.75 g\/t Au in DO-21-02 and 140 m<\/span> at 0.82 g\/t Au in DO-21-03, thus demonstrating excellent continuity of mineralization at Lajitas. Assayed grades of up to 4.06 g\/t Au (over 2 m<\/span>) also confirm the high grade potential of this target.<\/p>\n

First assay results, including the intercept of 302 m<\/span> at 0.71 g\/t Au from surface in DO-21-01 are outlined in the Company’s news release dated February 16, 2021<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
