\n NEW YORK<\/span>, March 15, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — FAST Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00<\/span> per unit.\u00a0 The units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) and trade under the ticker symbol “FZT.U” beginning on March\u00a016, 2021. \u00a0Each unit consists of one share of Class\u00a0A common stock of the Company and one-quarter of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of Class\u00a0A common stock at a price of $11.50<\/span> per share. \u00a0Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class\u00a0A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols “FZT” and “FZT\u00a0WS,” respectively. \u00a0The offering is expected to close on March\u00a018, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n

FAST Acquisition Corp. II is the third special purpose acquisition company formed by the principals of &vest with the business purpose to effect a business combination with one or more businesses.\u00a0 While the Company may pursue an initial business combination with a company in any sector or geography, the Company intends to focus its search on the restaurant, hospitality, consumer, and related sectors in North America<\/span> with an enterprise value of $800 million<\/span> or greater. &vest is an investment platform led by founder and CEO Doug Jacob<\/span>. <\/p>\n
