European Biotech Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $100 Million Initial Public Offering<\/b><\/p>\n

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nEuropean Biotech Acquisition Corp. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cEBACU\u201d beginning on March 16, 2021. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and redeemable warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cEBAC\u201d and \u201cEBACW,\u201d respectively.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus on identifying promising opportunities in the life sciences industry in Europe. The members of the management team are associated with LSP, one of Europe\u2019s largest and most experienced healthcare investment firms.\n<\/p>\n
