On an annualized basis, this gross dividend is equivalent to <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.54<\/span> per share and represents a yield of approximately 4.6 percent on a NAV per share of <span class=\"xn-money\">$11.75<\/span> as of <span class=\"xn-chron\">March 8, 2021<\/span>.
