MONTREAL, March 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — mdf commerce inc.<\/strong> (\u201cmdf commerce\u201d or the \u201cCorporation\u201d) (TSX:MDF), a leader in SaaS commerce technology solutions, announced today the closing of the previously announced public offering of 5,517,242 common shares at a purchase price of $14.50 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds to mdf commerce of approximately $80 million (the \u201cOffering\u201d).<\/p>\n

Stifel GMP acted as sole bookrunner and, together with Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., as co-lead underwriters for the Offering, with a syndicate of underwriters also comprised of Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited, Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc.<\/p>\n
