(\u201cOtonomo\u201d)\u00a0 has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (\u201cSEC\u201d) a registration statement on Form F-4 (the \u201cRegistration Statement\u201d), which contains a preliminary proxy statement\/prospectus, in connection with Software Acquisition Group\u2019s recently-announced proposed business combination with Otonomo, the premier one-stop shop for vehicle data.
