\n SINGAPORE<\/span>, March 10, 2021<\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ —\u00a0<\/b>L <\/i>Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) today announced that it had priced its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00<\/span> per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol “LCAAU” and are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on March 11, 2021<\/span>. <\/p>\n

Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of the Company’s Class A common stock at a price of $11.50<\/span> per share, subject to adjustment, terms and limitations, and only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities constituting the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and the warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “LCAA” and “LCAAW,” respectively.<\/p>\n

The Company is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.<\/p>\n

The offering is expected to close on March 15, 2021<\/span>, subject to customary closing conditions. Credit Suisse Securities (USA<\/span>) LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering. The Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.<\/p>\n
