(“APPS<\/b>“) and the businesses: APPS Cartage Inc. and APPS Cargo Terminals Inc.\u00a0 The LOI contemplates standard due diligence and the execution of a purchase and sale agreement (“PSA<\/b>“), both of which have been initiated.\u00a0 The transaction is scheduled to close on June 1, 2021<\/span>, subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n
