(NASDAQ: VCTR) (\u201cVictory Capital\u201d) today reported that Alderwood Capital LLP (\u201cAlderwood\u201d) has received authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the United Kingdom and has been formally launched to institutional investors.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn September 2020, a wholly owned subsidiary of Victory Capital acquired an equity stake in Alderwood\u2019s parent Alderwood Partners LLP.\n<\/p>\n
