(the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, at $10.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $200,000,000. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cLHAA\u201d beginning March 5, 2021. The offering is expected to close on March 9, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.\n<\/p>\n

\nLerer Hippeau Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.
