(\u201cHPS\u201d) (TSX: HPS.A) declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight and a half cents ($0.085) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of eight and a half cents ($0.085) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on March 25, 2021, to Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2021. The ex-dividend date is March 17, 2021.<\/p>\n
