\n PARIS, France \u2013 March 4, 2021<\/strong> – Sanofi announces today the filing of its Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and its \u201cDocument d\u2019Enregistrement Universel<\/em>\u201d containing its Annual Financial Report with the French market regulator Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers<\/em> (AMF<\/em>).<\/p>\n
