(the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. \u00a0The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cRXRA.U\u201d beginning March 4, 2021. \u00a0Each unit consists of one share of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant of the Company. \u00a0Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one share of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. \u00a0Only whole warrants are exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cRXRA\u201d and \u201cRXRA.WS,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Goldman Sachs &amp; Co.
