\nThe Board of Directors of ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE:PRA)<\/a> has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on April 13, 2021 to shareholders who own our stock as of March 26, 2021.\n<\/p>\n

\nOur dividend policy anticipates a total annual dividend of $0.20 per share, to be paid in equal quarterly installments.
