(the “Company”) today announced it intends to commence its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at $10.00<\/span> per unit. The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional units.<\/p>\n

Each unit issued in the initial public offering will consist of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-fourth of one warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of the Company’s Class A common stock at an exercise price of $11.50<\/span> per share, subject to adjustment. We expect the units will be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol “FRSG.U.” Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the shares of Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “FRSG” and “FRSG W,” respectively.<\/p>\n
