Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional Share (a \u201c<strong>Warrant Share<\/strong>\u201d) at a price of $0.05 per Warrant Share, on or before February 26, 2022.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws ending on June 27, 2021.
