Colicity Inc. Announces Closing of $345 Million Initial Public Offering<\/b><\/p>\n

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nColicity Inc. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced the closing today of its initial public offering of 34,500,000 units, including the underwriters\u2019 exercise of their full over-allotment option for 4,500,000 units, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market (NASDAQ) and began trading under the ticker symbol \u201cCOLIU\u201d on February 24, 2021. Each unit consists of one Class A share and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A share at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants will be exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ under the symbols \u201cCOLI\u201d and \u201cCOLIW,\u201d respectively.\n<\/p>\n

\nColicity Inc. is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus on businesses that operate within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors and is led by veteran communications and technology entrepreneur, Craig O. McCaw, who is Colicity\u2019s Chairman and CEO, and Randy Russell, Colicity\u2019s Chief Investment Officer.\n<\/p>\n

\nGoldman Sachs & Co. LLC and PJT Partners LP were the joint book-running managers of the offering. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments if any.\n<\/p>\n
