GOUVERNEUR, N.Y., Feb. 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Charles C. Van Vleet, President of Gouverneur Bancorp, Inc. (OTC Pink: GOVB) (\u201cBancorp\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) and its subsidiary, Gouverneur Savings and Loan Association (the \u201cBank\u201d), announced today that the Company\u2019s board of directors has declared a semi-annual dividend payment of $0.12 per share for all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 15th<\/sup>, 2021. This dividend will be paid on March 31st<\/sup>, 2021.<\/p>\n

Mr. Van Vleet commented, \u201cI am pleased to announce Gouverneur Bancorp\u2019s 43rd<\/sup> consecutive semi-annual dividend.
