\nCiti, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by PJSC Tatneft (\u201cTatneft\u201d) \u2013 one of the largest Russian oil companies \u2013 to act as depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (\u201cADR\u201d) program.\n<\/p>\n

\nTatneft\u2019s ADRs trade on London Stock Exchange under the symbol \u201cATAD\u201d and on OTC market under the symbol \u201cOAOFY\u201d. Each ADR represents six ordinary shares of the company. Tatneft\u2019s underlying ordinary shares are listed and trade on Moscow Stock Exchange under the symbols \u201cTATN\u201d.\n<\/p>\n

\nSberbank of Russia will continue to act as the Custodian providing safekeeping of the local underlying shares.\n<\/p>\n
